We celebrate many long-serving employees.

Today we would like to say a big thank you to our long-serving employees – because we have celebrated many anniversaries in recent years. 40, 45 and even 50 years of service are not uncommon at BURKHARDT+WEBER and we want to be a little proud of that today. Over the years, their tireless efforts, dedication and commitment have significantly shaped our company and made it what it is today. In times of a shortage of skilled workers and New Work, long-serving employees are our strong foundation.

We celebrate with all employees celebrating their anniversaries and their families at a festive gala dinner in the fall. And of course, in addition to a fitting laudatory speech, no honorary trophy made by our parent company in Brazil will be missing.
